Bart van Dijck is trained in free graphics, sculpture, film and video (Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp and IKA Mechelen). He sees the artist as a medium or a shaman who expresses the invisible and subconscious through images, installations, videos and documentaries that are all “part of one great story”. Interesting is the vision of (non-Western) subcultures on our (Western) society.
