Aansprakelijkheidsuitsluiting
Verbeke Foundation PS en Arts and Events BVBA informeren hierbij elke bezoeker van de Verbeke Foundation dat er risico’s verbonden zijn aan het bezoek die kunnen leiden tot schade en ernstig letsel indien men niet goed oplet, struikelt, te dicht bij de installaties of objecten komt, zichzelf of anderen afleidt, of onder invloed is van legale of illegale middelen.
De Verbeke Foundation is gevestigd in oude opslaggebouwen en kassen, omgeven door een tuin. In sommige overdekte ruimtes is er weinig licht en de vloer is oneffen en kan nat zijn. De paden in de tuin bestaan uit zand bedekt met een laag losse leisteen en kunnen oneffenheden vertonen. Daarom moet elke bezoeker zowel binnen als buiten extra voorzichtig zijn. Sommige tentoongestelde kunstwerken kunnen instabiel zijn, scherpe randen hebben of mechanismen bevatten die ernstig letsel kunnen veroorzaken als men geen voldoende afstand bewaart of ze aanraakt. Let goed op kinderen, die zich mogelijk niet bewust zijn van deze gevaren.
Door het toegangsticket te accepteren of de Verbeke Foundation te betreden, aanvaardt elke bezoeker deze risico’s en bevestigt afstand te doen van het recht om de exposerende kunstenaars, de Verbeke Foundation PS, Arts and Events BVBA en hun medewerkers, vrijwilligers of directieleden aansprakelijk te stellen. Elk van de bovengenoemde personen of organisaties behoudt zich het recht voor schadevergoeding te eisen van bezoekers die struikelen of zichzelf verwonden doordat ze onoplettend zijn, te dicht bij de kunstwerken, objecten en installaties komen, zichzelf of anderen afleiden of onder invloed zijn van legale of illegale middelen.

We are open all year round.
Welcome from Thursday to Sunday from 11:00 to 18:00.
We only close for a few weeks around Christmas and New Year.

On Tuesdays and Wednesdays we are only open by appointment for groups of at least 20 people with a guided tour.
Dogs are not allowed.
Officially recognised assistance dogs are permitted.
Liability
Verbeke Foundation PS and Arts and Events BVBA would like to remind all visitors to the Verbeke Foundation that there are risks associated with visiting the foundation which could result in damage and serious personal injury if one does not pay close attention, trips, gets too close to the installations or objects, distracts oneself or others, or is under the influence of any legal or illegal substance.
The Verbeke Foundation is located in old storage buildings and greenhouses and a surrounding garden. Some covered areas have little lighting and the floor is uneven and may be wet. The paths in the garden consist of sand covered with a layer of loose slate, and there may be unevenness in the paths. Every visitor must therefore take extra care where they walk and stand, both indoors and outdoors. Some of the artworks on display may be unstable, have sharp edges or contain mechanisms that could cause serious injury if visitors do not keep a safe distance or touch them. Please keep an eye on children, who may not be aware of these dangers.
By accepting the admission ticket or entering the Verbeke Foundation, each visitor accepts these risks and confirms that he or she waives the right to hold liable the artists exhibiting there, the Verbeke Foundation PS, Arts en Events BVBA and employees, volunteers or directors. Each of the above-mentioned persons or organisations reserves the right to claim damages from visitors who trip or injure themselves because they are not paying attention, come too close to the artworks, objects and installations, distract themselves or others, or are under the influence of legal or illegal substances.
